Once you accept a service from us a specific privacy policy will be emailed to you about the data held for that service. Different data is stored if you are a supervisee, an adult, or if you are requesting a service on behalf of a child or young person. Young people aged 16 or over can consent to a service without the permission of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s)

By visiting this website we will collect data about your visit to understand how effective the website design is and to understand who visits, and where from.

Website hosting

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to advertise our services to you. Your data may be stored in Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Contact form

If you complete the form to contact Bristol Creative Therapy Wix.com will store the name, telephone number, email address and subject fields as you completed them.

Bristol Creative Therapy will store the contact details for people who have completed a form for a year and data will be deleted quarterly (every three months)

All of the information, including the message, is sent via email to bristol.creativeplay.therapy@gmail.com. As with the contact details the email messages sent from the website are kept for a year and deleted quarterly. If you agree to a service from Bristol Creative Play Therapy then depending on the service received different retention policies apply.

Communication

If you accept a service from Bristol Creative Therapy we will contact you to agree how to deliver the service, send agreements or contracts, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text message or by post.
