Different data is stored if you are a supervisee, an adult, or if you are requesting a service on behalf of a child or young person. Contact form

If you complete the form to contact Bristol Creative Therapy will store the name, telephone number, email address and subject fields as you completed them.

Bristol Creative Therapy will store the contact details for people who have completed a form for a year and data will be deleted quarterly (every three months)


All of the information, including the message, is sent via email to As with the contact details the email messages sent from the website are kept for a year and deleted quarterly. If you agree to a service from Bristol Creative Play Therapy then depending on the service received different retention policies apply.


If you accept a service from Bristol Creative Therapy we will contact you to agree how to deliver the service, send agreements or contracts, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
